Kalorien is a calorie and weight tracking app published by Negentropy Press (Christian Evertz). This page explains how the app handles your data.

Short version

Kalorien does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything you enter stays on your device. There are no user accounts, no servers, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking.

What data the app stores

All information you enter — your profile (sex, age, height, weight, goal), food and activity entries, weight history, favourites and any foods you create — is stored locally on your device only, using the device’s standard on-device storage.

The developer has no access to this data. It is never uploaded to any server and is not shared with anyone.

Data we collect

None. The app does not collect personal data, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or location data. It contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

Network use

The app works fully offline. It does not require an internet connection and does not send your data anywhere. The only outbound links are optional, user-initiated taps to the publisher’s website (christianevertz.com).

Deleting your data

Because all data lives on your device, you can remove it at any time by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app. There is nothing stored elsewhere to delete.

Children

The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone.
